How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full platform access when you create a rescue account. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe to continue.
Who pays for Prickl?
Rescue owners or admins pay the subscription. Volunteers sign up free — they never pay. The subscription covers up to 10 team members (seats).
What happens if I need more than 10 seats?
Extra seats above the included 10 are billed as add-ons. Contact us for details on additional seat pricing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both monthly and annual plans can be cancelled at any time. Your rescue keeps access until the end of the current billing period.
Does Prickl take a cut from donations?
No. Prickl does not take a percentage of donations received through your public rescue profile. Donation tooling is included as part of the platform.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions are managed through the app. Card payments are supported for rescue subscriptions.
